Millpool Grange can be rented for your holiday separately or with Millpool Lodge for larger families or group. The house is nestled in a wooded sheltered valley with 3.5 acres of the most stunning and diverse country gardens. A crystal clear stream meanders through the gardens with two waterfalls, three bridges and a lake. Decked areas by the water provide picnic seated areas so you have time to sit and enjoy wildlife in a natural habitat. A lit barbeque area with decking, seating and Hot Tub make a great area for evening socialising. There is also a Pine forest with picnic areas and space for children to run free and enjoy themselves.

Below the forest is a meadow and orchard with space to run and relax. There is so much to look at, rabbits in the woods, squirrels in the trees, chaffinch and goldfinch everywhere, and even a visiting heron to the stream. You will see so many beautiful plants and shrubs for which Cornwall is so famous. Camelias, Rhododendron, Palms, Ferns and many other sub tropical plants. The lake attracts every kind of bird and is a perfect spot to sit and relax.

Millpool Grange comprises of three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Beautiful French style oak kitchen with Rayburn and a warm country feel. A utility area with downstairs toilet and sink. A Dishwasher, larder Fridge, and larder Freezer and washing machine. All appliances are Neff or Miele.

The large sunny light lounge with Minster fireplace leads to the generous sized dining room. A conservatory with wonderful views of the terrace and gardens opens out to the terraced seating areas. The stone staircase leads down to the fountain and the stream beyond with picnic areas and delightful wooden bridges. The stream with bridges and two waterfalls meanders through the garden and on to the orchard and wide open lakeside space.

The lake at Millpool Grange is surrounded by decking and seating for guest picnics. Or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the lakeside views. Up from the lake there is a pine forest with space for picnics and running and play area for youngsters with plenty of bunny warrens and logs to jump. For the younger children there is a Miss Tiggy Winkles Wooden play house down by the bridge. Ideally positioned so mum and dad can watch play from the sunny terrace area.

To the left of the house is a hot tub and barbeque area. Fully lit with decking and chairs a great area for evening socialising. You simply will not want to leave this wonderful place

Besides Millpool Grange is a well maintained footpath that leads to Cardinham and Deviock woods, ideal for country walks and biking. There are many footpaths leading from the hamlet up to Cardinham moor.

We are equal distance from the north coast Polzeath and Rock (great surfing beaches) and Fowey, Par and Looe, where the south facing beaches benefit from sun and sheltered boating havens. All very picturesque and unspoilt. Our favourite is the little Bodenick ferry that takes you across from Fowey to the Looe heritage coast. We are also very close to the Eden Project, Lanhydrock House Gardens, Bodmin  Wenford Steam Railway. Centrally positioned to visit our beautiful county.
